- BRBeth ReinersNov 17, 20252.0Unfortunately, as a MK VIP and Red Carpet Member, I have had nothing but bad experiences at this location. I have purchased MK products at location's all over the US, including the NYC flagship store. I received my annual $50 off Birthday Treat. I received the email on my birthday, 10/30. I came into the store yesterday, 11/16 to use the coupon. Olivia was very dismissive and said it's not valid. I persisted as I have been getting theses for years. She should know it's 28 days from the date of the email. I even showed her the code to scan on my email and she went to her book to scan it. In addition, I was NEVER offered free gift wrap (one of my perks) either. I am a seasoned MK woman and feel that the sales team in that location needs more training. Especially with the 50+ clientel. I loved the Kierland location. Unfortunately that store has closed. I just do not want to give that store anymore of my business.
