Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

After she finished with her last customer .We stared at her for at least 20 seconds until I asked if she was open. She didn’t ask about how I was doing just rude the entire time avoiding contact. She was going to cash me out and I asked if she was going to scan my membership since I have a pinnacle membership. She just canceled the sale and scanned my phone. After that, she asked if I wanted a bag as she rolled her eyes. She put my gift in a bag and then threw it at me and it slid across the table. I’ve never dealt with anyone as rude as this cashier before.

The item ordered was sent used and still have sensor in it and no tag. I wanted to return the item and refund the money back on my card but the manager said they can only issue store credit. Why can't I get my money back on my original form of payment on an item I am not satisfied with? I found it really odd too that the manager doesn't even want to give her first name so that I know who I am talking to.
