  Received amazing service from Jerome: very welcoming with top professionalism and same with Aniya: so helpfull and made sure Im getting what I wanted by ordering it from anoter store :)

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Louis Vuitton store. The staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. There were barely any associates available to help, and no one proactively approached us. While browsing, I tried to look at a bag displayed on the shelf, and a staff member abruptly came over and told me it triggered the alarm. The way it was handled felt accusatory and embarrassing. If certain items on display are not meant to be touched, that should be clearly communicated or properly indicated — especially in a luxury retail environment where customers expect a welcoming and respectful experience. Overall, the service did not reflect the brand’s reputation for luxury and customer care. Very disappointing.

  Love the newly expanded location! The store is the 5th largest 😳 We waited in line a short time then roamed the store looking at the great selection. A woman took our name, we took a seat, were served champagne and hors d’oeuvres until our associate came. Chase helped us out and I must say his knowledge of everything Louis Vuitton was impressive. He brought the merchandise to us and explained in detail each piece. What a wonderful way to shop! This is now my favorite Louis Vuitton location.
