  The customer service really stands out at this store. I’ve been to most of the handbag stores at Scottsdale Fashion Square and none compare when it comes to customer service. You are welcomed and attended to the moment you walk through the door at this store. The staff really knows how to make your visit a great experience. During my last trip to the store I purchased a large item and had other bags in hand. One of the managers was so kind and carried my purchase to my car for me. She really went above and beyond.

  If you enjoy standing in arbitrary lines to help boost sales appeal this is the store for you! Stood outside 20 minutes for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

  The customer service was great and so was the experience. Went to go pick up a wallet order and didn't have much of a wait. Literally walked right in.

  I came in today to buy a cologne, and I wished that the lady offered the bigger bottle which didn’t cost much more. Yes, I know I could’ve asked that, but I would just think as a person who’s working in customer service and in sales would offer that and mention, “you want the bigger bottle more it’s this much more” Honestly, I wasn’t a fan of the demeanor My sales lady gave me. She didn’t seem to want to be there and as if I was bugging her. Only thing she encouraged was to get an engraving but now I cant exchange for the bigger bottle. Now I feel like I’m not fully satisfied with my purchase
