  My experience at Hamra Jewlers far exceeded my expectations. Of course, you expect to be treated well when buying fine jewelry, but Steve is beyond exceptional. From the moment I walked in until I made my purchase, and even beyond, he was professional, courteous and attentive. He knew exactly what I was looking for even before I did. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything. He simply listened to me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. After the sale, there was no change in his level of courtesy and attention. I simply won’t buy from anyone else.

  Just received my first Rolex from Patrick at Hamra. I walked in with little knowledge of the process, and only an idea of what I was looking for. He helped guide me through a variety of models and options and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. After going back to pick it up he helped me set it up and gave an in depth walk through on how to best operate it. I've worn it every single day since.
