- SSSLTnLIT6 days ago1.0I assume they will be out of business soon, clothes is no longer quality, prices to high for quality and if you buy online you will PAY $10.00 to return, backwards and bad business. Sure you can return if you are lucky enough to luve near one of the two stores in your state. No thanks.

I wanted the new faux leather jumpsuit and I found it online at 25% off. I called the store and they were so helpful they even held my size for me to pick it up. I went to the store and they weren't doing the same promotion as online. Alisa offered to honor the discount before I even said anything. We chatted a little and she was awesome. Will def be back!

I asked one of the employees on the floor where I could find it after looking for a bit and not seeing it anywhere. She took me to the mannequin, checked the size, looked me up and down, and said “It’s a large.” I was about to say that I would still take it, but before I could say that, she looked into my shopping bag I had from another store and said, “It seems like you already have a nice black coat there.” I told her I wanted to have options, but she positioned herself in front of the mannequin and kept her hands on it. She continued to say they didn’t have any other sizes in stock. I was so ready to buy the coat, but it seemed like she didn’t want me to so I left.

- ARAlexey RosasSep 27, 20251.0Caleb’s customer service is non-existent. If you’re looking for a pleasant experience skip this store. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THEIR FORTÉ. We were in the store for about 30 min. No one even acknowledged us. We had to ask for assistance, and when we asked where certain clothes was they just pointed and didn’t even ask if they could be helpful or if we needed assistance like most clothing stores. Very rude and if you read along the comments it’s the same employees. I’m not sure why they still work here if they obviously hate their job. The proud associates of this unpleasant experience were Caleb and Jeffrey. I even tried to talk to Caleb about his customer service experience and he didn’t care he just ignored me. I was shocked, I’ve never experienced customer service this low. Even McDonalds has better customer service. I will call the corporate number as well and let them know how they lost a loyal customer.
