- HNHeather NormanFeb 14, 20261.0I placed an order for flowers ($69.99) and strawberries ($49.99), I paid ($17.99) for delivery . The strawberries were delivered but not the flowers. I called the store and spoke to Maria. Maria told me that they were busy with over 400 orders and that it wasn't their fault, it was the carriers fault and that she could send the flowers next week. I mean... next week is too late - the point was to gift Valentines Day flowers. I asked her to refund the flowers and the delivery fee. She told me no. I told her that I would dispute the charge with my credit card and she said she didn't care - so.... that's what I did! You delivered a partial order and charged me for the whole order. I noticed that they adjusted the order, issued a new order number and charged my credit card again for just the strawberries but I don't see any refund. Now I'm going to check out BBB and see what they can do to help. I want the cost of the flowers AND the delivery feed refunded. I'll also see if I can get your attention over on FB and Instagram too - it's Valentines Day, ya'll should have been solution oriented. If I didn't ask my mother in law about the flowers, I would have never known that I paid for something not delivered. You guys really need to work on your customer service skills. It's Valentines Day - this was a gift that I entrusted you with - you failed to deliver on both ends, literally and figuratively.... If you're looking to send a gift - find another place to help you out... this store doesn't deserve your business.
