- KSKimberly StoutFeb 24, 20265.0I went into the store to buy some heels for work. Timothy was amazing, he helped me find the right shoe and the right size and even had them shipped to my house. There was a small hiccup with delivery but Timothy did everything he could to get them to me ASAP and was so kind the entire time. The customer service was amazing and is the reason I will be back to purchase more, from Timothy of course. 10/10 experience.

He also told me that because of my skin color I wasn’t a “preferred customer” when I told him I wouldn’t be coming back.
