He then proceeds to tell me that they are completely out of stock in my size and how he couldn’t order them in my size. Okay, bummer. Now here I am at home, looking online where my size is 100% available and ready to purchase. As much as I would love to give the physical sales associate the sale, I do not appreciate not being taken seriously or being lied to. With that being said, I’ve ordered online. Happy I’m getting my shoes though (:

I was seriously considering their product against another brand, and in terms of design I actually preferred Dior. However, the sales associate’s attitude completely turned me away. From the moment I asked to compare colors, products, he acted as though I was bothering him. When I noticed a similar item in the drawer and asked how it would look, his response was dismissive, “It’s just the same size” without even taking the product out to show me. When I asked about color options, he told me to “just look online” instead of making any effort to help me order or explore options in-store. I’ve never encountered such indifference from a luxury brand. It felt as though he couldn’t be bothered to sell or even represent Dior properly. Honestly, this is the worst service I’ve received in a high-end store, and it’s clear why this location struggles with low ratings.
