I tried on a few pair, decided to purchase, until the lady gave me a five minute talk, insinuating this is the first pair I have ever purchased. I guess because I look like an average person, I was not deemed worthy enough to roll out the friendly customer service. How she presented herself; no wonder the store looks dead. So I walked across to Dior. There are bigger dept stores that price CL shoes cheaper and the customer service is on point. Why pay 60 dollars more for a bad attitude and the same shoes?
