1/11/26 I think the length is there response is telling enough.
I purchased a white gold love ring in NYC on Jan 2nd. After purchasing and wearing it out of the store I realized it was not that I was looking for, so back in the box it went. Getting back to Scottsdale I made an appointment at the store to make a return with plans to purchase a santos later on, I was immediately told a refund is not possible due to a hairline scratch. Refund or exchange DENIED.. knowing now that now. If you are not sure about your new piece DO NOT purchase it or if you do don’t look at it as it may scratch and you will be unhappy with your purchase that you don’t love and out your hard earned money. Not sure if I will spend anymore money at Cartier now knowing they are not on there customers side.

Service was awkward with poor execution. Relationship building is key when dealing with luxury high-end clients and it’s Not extended at this Cartier - inside of a mall.

I had a terrible experience at this outlet, and I’m honestly shocked at how we were treated. My wife and I went to buy our anniversary love bands, and we had a scheduled appointment. Yet when we arrived, the manager couldn’t even figure out who was supposed to assist us. It was completely unprofessional and embarrassing.
The moment we walked in, 2–3 guards and staff members kept staring at us like we were doing something wrong. It genuinely felt like we were being watched as if we didn’t belong there — or worse, as if we were thieves. That alone made us extremely uncomfortable.
When we finally started looking at rings, the staff member helping us acted like she was being forced to do her job. No smile, no courtesy, no effort. I asked a simple question about 18k vs 22k gold, and she responded with irritation, as if showing us anything was a burden.
Overall, the vibe we got was clear: they didn’t want us there. They treated us like we were just window-shopping or couldn’t afford anything. It genuinely felt discriminatory — borderline racist, to be honest. We left feeling disrespected and unwelcome.
This is NOT how a luxury brand should treat customers. Absolutely unacceptable.

Katherine helped us pick out our wedding bands and she was very attentive and sweet. Overall, she made it a really fun experience helping us try on several rings and sizes until we found the right ones. When ordering them they were both here with here within than two weeks and she kept me updated along the way. The boxes were customized and she wrapped and sealed so perfectly!

Professional and welcoming. Breath of fresh air coming from bigger markets like New York and Chicago. Galina was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. Would purchase in this boutique again.
