- AYAnn YassoSep 26, 20251.0I’ve bought a few bags here. One of the bags, I wore twice and the gem on the eye fell out. I took the bag in June. I dropped it off at the store, no receipt was given to me and they said they would take care of it. Well, it’s been months and no signs of a bag is there. The quality for the money you pay isn’t worth it. I have other designer bags and I’ve never experienced such poor quality in both the make of the bag and the customer service. Apparently, it’s in “Italy” waiting on parts but it’s been months and no signs of the bag getting back to me. Save your energy and go elsewhere.
