  I have purchased items from here multiple times and for some reason every time I go in your employees are extremely disrespectful and saying offensive comments to me. Tu (employee) needs to have some respect because things she says are inexcusable and wrong to say to customers.

  A lovely experience. Natalie really listened to my wishes, offered thoughtful options and comparisons, and helped me choose what was ultimately perfect for me. I walked into the boutique feeling uncertain due to previous reviews, but any bad experiences are truly a thing of the past.

  You must visit Tu when you’re in Balenciaga. She’s incredibly friendly and helpful. Not only did she assist me in finding the perfect items, but she also helped me find the best local food spots in the Phoenix area. I’ll definitely be returning to see her soon as the new bag arrives. Thank you Tu

  First time visiting this Balenci store and I’ll definitely be back! Tu was amazing — she answered all my questions and took the time to go through every piece I was interested in. The men’s selection is excellent, and I can’t wait to return to shop with her again. 10/10 experience.
