The nice part of supporting a local business is the personalised customer service you recieve compared to the big party franchises. They created my son a space balloon bouquet and much more. How far in advance should I place an order?
For smaller balloon orders, we ask for a minimum of three days' notice before your event. Larger balloon orders require at least one week's notice. All rental items must be reserved a week in advance to ensure availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within three days of your event are non-refundable. For cancellations made earlier than three days before the event, we offer a 50% refund of your order total.
Does delivery include set-up?
Our standard delivery for rentals does not include set up. If you require set up services, please request this when making your rental reservation.
Do you rent linens?
We collaborate with a third-party supplier for linen rentals. If you're only interested in linen rentals without tables or chairs, we'll connect you directly with our supplier.
How long do your balloons last?
With proper care, our helium balloons typically last up to three days. Air-filled balloons can last a week or longer under optimal conditions.
Do you have a store?
Yes, we do operate a physical storefront. In addition to balloons, we offer a variety of party supplies including plates, napkins, and candles.
