- JDJenna DoddJan 30, 20265.0I visited the Scottsdale American Eagle on 1/29/26 and had a great experience. Stef greeted us right when we walked into the store, and helped us in the fitting rooms with sizing and fit recommendations. All of the other employees who helped us were also super genuine and conversational. Overall, the staff were super friendly and attentive and the store was super well taken care of and clean! Definitely stood out from the customer service experience we had at the other stores in the mall in a positive way.
