- BABrooke AulerichMay 12, 20242.0Went to the store for some shoes I decided that I had to have. I will not frequent this store again. Sales people did not want to work today, no one seemed to want to sell shoes. Everything I wanted was out of stock and when I finally settled on a pair, I was told to pay through my email. Since they didn’t have my size, I had to order them. They don’t help you with sending them to get the bottoms covered anymore so I really don’t know why anyone would bother going to the store anyway. When you spend more than $1000 on a pair of shoes, they should at the very least offer a bottle of water. Customer service stinks and I will be going through Neiman Marcus next time. It’s literally right next door. Do better Louboutin!

No one offered to help us nor asked us any questions although I was holding in my hand one pair of shoes. I guess I’ll buy my next pair at Nordstrom again…
