  The Desert Ridge location is CLOSED, even though their phone is still in service I found out when I hiked around the property to find an empty space with no signage whatsoever

  I visited the Scottsdale American Eagle on 1/29/26 and had a great experience. Stef greeted us right when we walked into the store, and helped us in the fitting rooms with sizing and fit recommendations. All of the other employees who helped us were also super genuine and conversational. Overall, the staff were super friendly and attentive and the store was super well taken care of and clean! Definitely stood out from the customer service experience we had at the other stores in the mall in a positive way.

  My daughter and I were school shopping and decided to get some jeans we usually order online but she needed to try them on a guy by the name of Caesar made our experience a little unpleasant he constantly followed us around the store even peeked around the corner while we paid at the register. My thoughts is that he thought for some reason we were shop lifting. And my only outcome he could have thought that is the color of our skin! Hopefully that was not the case but I will not visit that location again!

  Ricardo was extremely helpful, he helped me find exactly what I needed. The store is beautiful, highly recommend.
