They called me they were out of some flowers in my arrangement and sent me a picture of the ones they replaced. While I wasn't too please with what the arrangement looked like, It seemed like it was too late because they were out for delivery. When my gf sent me the picture of the flowers, to my surprise they re-did them and they are absolutely GORGEOUS! She LOVED them and they were truly beautiful!
