After only one month as a customer, the level of incompetence and poor service I have encountered is alarming. The company failed to report the necessary information to the DMV, directly preventing me from obtaining my license in a timely manner. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, the representative was dismissive, unprofessional, and consistently displayed a condescending attitude. I was incorrectly told that the DMV needed to issue my license before installation of the breathalyzer device—despite the fact that the device had already been installed. This level of misinformation is both negligent and inexcusable. To make matters worse, when the positive wire connected to the Smart Start device broke—a situation entirely beyond my control—I was charged $250 for repairs. Holding customers financially responsible for unavoidable equipment failures reflects a blatant disregard for fairness and accountability. Based on my experience, this company demonstrates a troubling lack of professionalism, reliability, and customer care. I strongly caution others against doing business with them.

Sometimes they will post if they closing early so just check before its too late. The admin Blanca and shop guy Antonio actually checked in with DMV for me and get responses that needed and fixed my Extensions. I love how the took care of me very fast and smooth. They take debit card also.

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.

Can someone else drive my car?
