  The mint is where it's at...location is off the chain easy entrance easy exit perfect amount of parking and the staff is always on point wait lines r chill and the prices r affordable new deals every single day and they even have cute bikinis and tshirts. Did I mention the staff is super attentive and chill!! Anyways hit em up they are the shit thanks mint oh yeah and they are the ONLY 24 hr spot out in Tempe whoot whoot

  This has to be the worst managed dispensary I've ever gone to. A few months ago, they had signs out front stating that their point system was changing and encouraging customers to use their points before they expired. I went inside and asked how many points I had, and was told I had none despite spending hundreds of dollars over several visits. I asked the manager about it, and he said that I wouldn't have qualified for anything anyways and gave me a free pre-roll or something insignificant. I was pretty upset about it but figured with the new point system that things would be resolved. I have now purchased nearly $1,000 worth of products since the point system has changed, and I'm still not getting points. Play again brought this to the attention of the staff when I was there last time, and they told me that there was just a glitch with my account and that it would update. Nothing has changed- I'm still showing virtually no points after being a frequent and high-spending customer. Even with all this, I continued to shop there. For the past 2 months however, placing an online order has become absolutely impossible that's when you log into the website the screen goes completely blank and you do not have any option to proceed with checking out your order. I have complained about this multiple times. Most recently, I was told that if I downloaded the app that this would resolved my issue. Now, I have the app and I went to place an order just to discover that you can't actually place an order in the app- it just refers you back to the website. This is truly the most frustrating and unexplainable experience I've ever had with dozens of dispensaries I've been to. I would avoid this place if possible. Management has never made anything right for me, just always redirect me or tell me it'll be fixed next time. Never is.

  One of the worst dispos I’ve been too slow workers or high I don’t Know they always make online orders wait longer than walk ins that’s from experience many times they take walks ins before me that came after me that’s why we place online orders is so we don’t have to wait plus every single time they have problem finding my order or it gets canceled or gets sent to a different location if I could give 0 starts I would. N sum times they round up the change on their own that’s not right tbh even if it’s cents it’s not about the money but still how many times they take money from ppl w out them knowing rounding up the change
