  Such a great place to get your goods! I Was greeted by the very friendly staff upon entry and after they checked my ID i went in to grab a few things and was helped by Jacob, and he was such a cool dude and great to work with! Got a great vibe from him and didn’t feel rushed or pushed, just felt like i was hanging out with a long time friend that was very helpful and friendly. He totally made the visit a memorable one and made me feel extremely encouraged to return! I strongly suggest visiting him win you drop by!

  I was going here for awhile and I've noticed a decline in customer service. They switched up their previously sturdy spacious packaging with flimsy paper bags, and I had a cashier (white passing with dreads) snap at me out of nowhere today. The manager I spoke to about it was friendly and welcoming but seemed too eager to brush the incident under the rug for my liking, and I'm worried this is a portent of what I can expect from them going forward. Officially started weighing the possibility that it might be time for me to start looking for a different dispensary if the pattern continues, which really sucks because I'd grown fond of them.

  I love this place. It’s my favorite place to go. I choose this over all other dispensaries and I really appreciate your staff especially Christina. She always make sure I Stay up on all the deals and promotions you rock girl!!

  This was one of the most unprofessional and inappropriate experiences I’ve ever had in a retail setting. During my visit, an employee named Hayden became verbally abusive and, completely unprovoked, called me a “dick.” He then escalated it further by saying, “your girlfriend even thinks you’re a dick.” My girlfriend immediately denied that, but the situation had already crossed the line—she was extremely upset and left in tears. When I calmly asked him why he thought it was acceptable to speak to customers this way, he responded that he has worked there for 5 years and that “nothing would happen to him.” That statement alone reflects a serious breakdown in accountability and management oversight. We called the store afterward and spoke with a manager named Jason, who stated he could not take any action until the General Manager returned and an investigation could be conducted. While I understand procedures, behavior of this severity should be addressed immediately. This is not just poor customer service—this is blatant verbal harassment. I expect this incident to be taken seriously, reviewed properly, and addressed by upper management. No customer should ever be treated this way. Until there is clear accountability, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
