  Será que no estaba de humor para ir de compras o si siempre está así, muy desordenado, la ropa maltratada y sucia, la calidad no se ve tan bien que digamos y los precios no me parecieron tan buenos.

  I had a horrible experience at Last Chance. The store itself is extremely disorganized, making it very difficult to shop and find anything. On top of that, the customer service was very disappointing. The staff came across as if they didn’t want to be there at all. When I went to check out, my cashier, Samantha R, was rude and disrespectful when I asked a simple question. Instead of helping, she responded with attitude and then laughed with her coworkers nearby, which felt very unprofessional. I haven’t been to Last Chance in a while, so I understand that things may have changed. However, instead of laughing, it would have been more appropriate to simply let me know that inputting phone numbers is no longer necessary. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my visit.

  I’ve been a loyal last chance customer for years, To the point where I think my entire wardrobe is from there. I’ve noticed the last few months that prices are increasing so drastically that some things are more expensive at last chance than they would be at Nordstrom rack/ online for items that are often damaged or clearly used. There’s a lot of discourse online about how people are pulling up the tags and seeing items that were previously priced cheaper than what last chance is selling them for currently. I highly recommend doing some research before buying certain items. Last chance is my favorite place to be, but lately that isn’t the case.. Kinda disheartening.

  Prices have increased!! it’s basically buying retail now. Honestly use to enjoy going there but with management pricing items at “new” prices but really they are used/returns better off just getting it new from the the brand itself.

  Who is in charge of the new pricing this past year? Most items in store, especially skims are priced higher than listed on Nordstrom or even Nordstrom Rack. I purchased a pair of shoes and ripped the tag off and found a Nordstrom Rack clearance tag with a lower price than what I paid for in last chance. This is a clearance store!! Doesn’t make sense. Your homeware, especially the electronics are at such a high price that it’s worth just buying it new, plus you have no guarantee anything would work. Also BEWARE, I have noticed a significant amount of fake counterfeit merchandise being sold on the floor, especially in designer! Please just make last chance back to what it used to be!
