- DFDavid FischerMar 30, 20261.0This location is a complete dump. The mall around it has been demolished so it oddly sits there. Went inside today. Escalator down is out of service, the escalator up makes a loud noise and is sketchy to ride. You need to take an Elevator down but it looks sketchy as well and to top it off, the elevator inspection permit posted inside is expired. The store is years overdue for a remodel and at least for men's clothing the inventory is thin. But it did a have a great selection of men's suits and dress shirts, which can be hard to find these days. Please remodel and update this store!

I’m always so grateful that this particular location stayed in business, especially after they demolished the Paradise Valley Mall. So far these are the nicest pair of jeans I’ve ever owned and they fit perfectly. Not too long ago I needed to buy a bunch of black dress slacks for work and after speaking to Customer Service they were actually able to place a special order which arrived at JCPenney’s in about a week. This place really does make my shopping experience seamless, and without any hiccups. I’ve always found the Customer Service at JCPenney’s to be top-notch. They clearly trained their staff very well.
