    I had such a lovely experience. My fiancé and I came in to look at rings. Jamie is who helped us that day. Jamie took her time to find our best match. she was very accommodating to our taste and budget and offered many options

    Zero stars if I could. For starters, this is my 4th time sending my ring back for repair. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Jewelry Exchange and how my wedding band repair was handled, specifically by the store manager, Jamie. My wedding band was sent out for repair on December 6 because it was crooked after it was already remade for a manufacture defect, with an estimated return date of December 20. I was never notified of any delay and did not receive my ring back until December 31. When I finally got it back, the original issue was not fixed at all — the ring was still crooked, and was told that it had only been polished. When I expressed concern regarding the ring still being crooked, Jamie told me that this was “the best they could do” and said the ring would not be remade. I was told that because my wedding band was hand-set, it’s normal for them to look like this — even though my ring did not have this issue before the repair. I was also told that because the ring “doesn’t look crooked from the top,” it shouldn’t matter, which felt extremely dismissive for something I wear every day. Jamie gave me three options (leave with it, exchange it, or send it to a different jeweler in Denver). I stepped away briefly to call my husband to discuss the options, and when I came back, I was suddenly told that the exchange option was only available that day, which was never communicated upfront. After I agreed to send it to Denver, that option was also taken away, and my only option now is to send the ring back to corporate — possibly to the same repair facility that already failed to fix it. I am now once again without my wedding band, with no clear resolution, and I’ve completely lost confidence in their repair process and customer service. This is not how a wedding ring — or a three time customer — should be treated
