Helpful and pleasant staff who always greet everyone who enters. The store and restrooms are always clean and well lit. Most products are easy to find and if the shelf is empty, the staff is always willing to check the stocking level. All in all, a great place to shop and feel like a welcome guest, rather than "just another annoying customer."

I would rate it as a small "local" retail store. Which is ok except that selection was very limited because many items were out of stock.

I ordered a firearm online. The gentleman did not let me inspect to make sure there was no damage. Despite the fact that he slammed open the case He was not rude. He just acted like I didn't exist For quite some time, do yourself a favor and purchased from a better location

I purchased an online firearm and went to pick it up and was denied the purchase. Granted, I have an AZDL and A CCW. The store manager stated because I have an alias on my DL he couldn’t sell it to me. I advised him I purchased a firearm a month prior and the store manager said they shouldn’t have sold it to me. I emailed corporate and said he would be contacting me within 2-3 business days. It been a week and no call from the store manager apologizing for 1. For just blurting out to me in front of other customers that I couldn’t buy it. 2. Not knowing laws. I have purchased many firearms with the same DL and CCW never an issue. 3. He was the rudest manager I have ever dealt with. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with Sportsman’s Warehouse and this is how they treat recurring customers. Plenty of other outdoorsman stores in AZ to shop at.
