My gift card was fraudulently used by a random woman in California (which was shown to me by the manager working there) who had used 15 different gift cards for a total of $681. Nothing was able to be taken care of on the spot which is somewhat understandable, but days later my claim was denied. I was in absolute shock upon receiving this email. So because your system isn’t able to prevent fraudulent theft of your gift cards I am left without my gift card funds? I’ve been shopping at Nordstrom since I was in high school 20+ years ago and I have always like Nordstrom Rack and Last Chance, but I mean this when I say this, I will never go there ever again or any of my family until this is resolved.
