  This is my go to dispensary. The people always have great costumer service & I have a good experience every time. I had a defective cartridge that I needed exchanged & Esi is the one who helped me out & made sure I left as a happy customer. I'm leaving this review for Esi. Thanks for the awesome customer service!

  Do not trust the products listed on the website, they won't be there when you arrive and they won't be available in the recreational/medicinal sections that they are under on the site. They also have their phones turned off so you can't even confirm what is accurate from the site. Happened the only two times I've ordered and I'm never going back

  Worst website!! Has been for a while. Obviously no one monitors or does maintenance on the website. Employees are oblivious and don't realize that management is costing them money, due to alot of people going elsewhere where the website will actually load. I don't understand the business model. If you can't pay attention to your internet and online orders, fail. Epic fail.

  Excellent customer service, you guys.I normally do homework before coming in.So I know what to order to make lines go rapidly. Your guys's website has been down or super super slow just about every time I'm glad I went in just to check it out but please please please please please please fix your website so that we can do homework on what to order before we go in. I tried on multiple platforms and my girlfriend tried. As well for me while I was driving to no avail, it will only let you scroll so far before bottom out and you can't go any farther even though you can see that there is more stuff to scroll. I'm driving , this is a talk to text situation. My Apologies for lack of punctuation

  I live 5 minutes away and won’t ever step foot in this place again. I would rather drive half hour elsewhere. I placed an online order last night for some edibles because I have endo and my pain was so bad that I was crying and sweating. So when I got the text that my order was ready, I was looking forward to some relief. When I get to Mint, I’m told they don’t actually have it. The person who helped me told me that even if they don’t have the item in stock, they will send a text that the order is ready to get the customer through the door. I don’t appreciate the lack of integrity. Be honest PLEASE. I left in tears because instead of relief, I ran into people playing games
