  Will there be any change to the point system? Every time I ask about the points I'm supposed to be accruing, they always say that they can't process anything till after the "update". It's a rip off to advertise it all year and then we just lose all of our points and bonuses? There's never a clear answer.

  This place is good but the wait times are always so brutal. It gets old waiting 20 minutes in line. If you get lucky and there’s no line, great spot but if you get stuck in a line.. it could be 20 minutes, 5 or an hour.

  This location is committing felony fraud against customers and you may be a victim: Two weeks ago, my order at the Cave Creek location was altered by the salesperson and I was short-changed on my order. I immediately contacted Mint via the instructions on the sales receipt to report and resolve the issue. The email was kicked back. I then contacted Mint Dispensary via other email addresses and by phone with zero response. A few days ago I went back to the Cave Creek location and attempted to explain the issue to the manager on duty, Roofus. Roofus was terrible from the start. He immediately lied about the resolution process and refused to listen to the explanation and refused to look at the photos of the receipt and original order. After I explained the situation, he refused to respond. When I requested the name of his manager he stated he was the manager; when I requested the name of his supervisor, he stated that he did not have a supervisor, refused to provide any contact information, and simply walked away. He was genuinely one of the worst human beings I have encountered. The cashier on duty witnessed the exchange and was equally unhelpful, but also seemed quite cowardly around the manager, as if he was frustrated and fearful of him. Roofus was so disrespectful and defensive about the order that I am concerned that he might be intentionally committing bait-and-switch fraud like this against customers. If the authorities ever perform an audit of that location, they will most likely discover that orders were falsified and that hundreds of customers have been defrauded. He was truly a despicable piece of garbage. I followed the procedures recommended on the receipt, I emailed and called multiple times with no response, and then I went to a physical location to resolve the issue and was treated like garbage by a manager. I even contacted Brightroot, the parent company, to report this fraud and they have failed to respond as well. This absolutely meets the standard of criminal intent and I will be filing reports with AZDHS, the Phx PD, and the FBI and I encourage anyone else that has been a victim of Mint Cannabis to do the same.

  Went here a first time with my fiancé was helped out great by one of the female workers our experience was great came back in 2 days later got helped by one of the guys in there and it was NOT a vibe. He made me feel like it was a chore to un do a simple order exchange.I changed my mind at the last minute and it seemed like all hell broke loose to just change a different type of bud. Ive only been there twice and we had a great experience and then we had a SHITTY experience.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but Jacob definitely earned one. You can tell right away he actually enjoys his job and knows his stuff. I told him what I was looking for, and his edible recommendation was spot-on — hit exactly as hard as he said it would, and the flavor was honestly great (which isn’t always the case with edibles). Really appreciate someone who’s knowledgeable, honest, and clearly passionate instead of just pushing whatever’s on the shelf. If you get Jacob, you’re in good hands
