LOL I never had a return be rejected with full tags, unworn or unwashed items Kmen, Kman (however you might spell his name) the “manager” said holiday return policy ended on 1/22. While I understand the policy, what does not make sense is the associate I spoke to before him was willing to give me a “unverified” refund however bcs the items were now on sale they were trying to short change me $60 without a receipt. When my mom was able to share the order details all the sudden the only option was to exchange the item.
Also, please note the reason I waited so long was bcs I actually really like the shorts I jus needed a smaller size. The items have been out of stock for months. I was hoping they would restock which is why I waited. Hahaha make it make sense.

Like it or not, in a world where Amazon delivers things to your house often within a day, having a company tell you your delivery will be there within five days and three weeks goes by and you still don’t have it.
I knew there was a reason I hated Lululemon.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after this experience I feel morally obligated to. Raven, Elisa, and Brody didn’t just help me shop at Lululemon—they delivered a full-blown masterclass in customer service.
From the second I walked in, Raven was somehow everywhere at once, reading my mind and pulling exactly what I wanted before I even knew I wanted it. Elisa had the patience of a saint, the product knowledge of a Lululemon encyclopedia, and the ability to make every single item feel like it was custom-made for me. And Brody? Absolute legend. Honest opinions, perfect recommendations, zero pressure—just elite vibes across the board.
At no point did I feel rushed, ignored, or upsold. Instead, I felt like I had a personal styling team whose only mission in life was making sure I walked out looking and feeling unstoppable. I came in for “one thing” and somehow left happier, better dressed, and questioning why every retail experience isn’t run exactly like this.
If Lululemon bottled whatever Raven, Elisa, and Brody are doing and sold it, I’d buy that too. Promote them. Clone them. Protect them at all costs. Easily one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had anywhere—ever.

my mom and i came in one 12/2 around 1 i would say and this young lady helped us!! she was super nice im sad i didnt get to catch her name but she was super helpful and greeted us
