  This place is a zoo, it could have just been the day I was there but if it's like that all the time it's insane. They appear to have a very large selection of products but once you really get in their you will find the racks are full of several of the same items and from the looks of those items you won't be surprised why they didnt sell elsewhere. Nothing was attractive in my opinion and the prices were higher than most thrift shops. I would not recommend going here

  I love a deal more than anyone and last chance allows access to clothes I otherwise would never spend money on, it's fantastic. Look it can work for anyone but you gotta be a hustler and grind. It seems like endurance. I fly in from Idaho every a few weeks And I go to the last chance every morning that I'm here. Since it does seem like the staff is reading and responding to these reviews(thank you) 1- As a shopper I am much less excited to visit since the change of the design designer section. Because now I know that a reseller can rush first thing in the morning and buy as many things as they want, While pushing you out of the way and taking everything all the fun designer items. I much prefer the weight in line method. I've heard from others that they feel the same 2- Another very obvious frustration is every day additional to the tag color discount. They also have a few extra cells on different items. My frustration is that very rarely if ever there are additional discount discounts on men's clothing. If you look at the photographs of the reviews on this Google business page, you will notice it even when someone snapped a photo of the additional discounts for the day. They're almost always women's jeans, shorts, swimwear, shoes, boots, Denim, Non-denim, maxi dresses, Etc. I realized that it's probably based upon inventory, but every once in a while, you gotta throw the guys a bone And give us something to be excited about also. Give us a discount on pants or shirts or even shoes every once. Heck, I would even take a discount on socks or ties. But I do think that that kind of excitement wins for guys because you pretty much can expect there's no discount for men additional. I also want to highlight that I think Jenny the manager is a really Bright spot she has a really fun personality. She's very kind, But you can see that she pushes her staff to keep the store clean and organized, but she does it in a Teamwork style. It's always fun when I go in to see her. Overall, I love this place and if you're willing to put in the time, you can get some amazing deals I've gotten suit dresser, shoes, jeans, All the things. But like I said, it'd be nice if everyone thought there was a discount on guys close like there are for women I've seen women call each other's friends or text each other to tell them to get down there. I don't have any reason to call any of my guy friends.

  This place was a madhouse. Very crowded hard to move around in. And only a very small section of men's clothing. What they did have in men's clothing was hard to look because nothing was actually organized under where it said it was. Like I looked at a section that supposed to be sized 32 pants and they were only a couple pairs of size 32 in there the rest were all over the place some 38 some 28. The shirts were pretty much the same way where they were supposed to be mediums there were up to 6X largest shoved in there people were just taking stuff off and putting it back wherever they felt like. I have to say the store appeared to be about 90% women's clothing and shoes. Let's don't even talk about how bad parking was to try to get in here.

  I walked by 5 & below & seen about 4 Mexican Last Chance worker young Boys outside , they seen me go buy as I heard them discussing where they were going to go get lunch & next thing you know they are walking behind me & like followed me into the last Chance store . I didn't think anything but I thought that's Odd.. so as I'm Shopping & looking at things I Noticed everywhere I went to Shop it was the same guys following me around as if I was being targeted & profiled . It felt uncomfortable being watched like a Hawk & making me feel some kind of way . I ignored it thought it was kinda funny that them as minority would point me out another Minority as them & target me throughout the Store . I was stared at & followed through the store from the moment I went in till the moment I got in front of the cashier & these YOUNG 20 YR OLD BOYS DIDNT MAKE THIS ALMOST 60 YEAR OLD LADY FEEL COMFORTABLE AT ALL . I Have gone to this store since the Early 2000. & Never felt so Uncomfortable in a store as that . Mind you I did move away From Scottsdale to Flagstaff & have not been here for a bit but boy have things Changed . BUT I TELL YA IM PRETTY GOOD ON MY INTUITION & I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO SHOP THERE AS A MINORITY . SHAME ON THEM YOUNG BOYS . FOR MAKING AN ELDER LADY FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE 😫

  I’m really trying not to let a rude interaction with the manager Cathy ruin my go-to store. I found a pair of jeans I really wanted, but they had a paint mark on them. There was another pair at the same price, but not in my size. I asked whether a discount might be possible and was met with rudeness. She mentioned how much they cost at other stores. Not sure why that matters? I’m fine with not getting a discount, but there’s no harm in asking, especially since the other pair at the same price had the paint mark. I’ve been shopping here for years and enjoy looking for hidden treasures at great prices. Be ready as it’s a mix of different sizes everywhere. Yes, there are used items and returns, but there are also brand new items with tags as well.
