  Absolutely the worst dispensary in Phoenix, absolutely the worst (Key location) out of the 3.... Today,I go in. I sit and wait a good 20-30mins.. they have multiple employees working on the clock, they have employees walking out the building to go get drinks from the shell gas station in front of their key cannabis location,after waiting about 30mins,I'm finally sent in .. after waiting for so long and being so frustrated I get my prescription and then ask for a manager, and asked for me to get taken out of the system until I can speak to a manager... I leave because I'm late picking up my spouse from work because I just sat for 30mins before I get help...I come back with my spouse,I walk in and ask to speak to a supervisor, manager and district manager (SARA).. THEY employee checking people in refused to go get a manager,or district manager to speak to me about what the issue was... The employee to me no... No that he wasn't going to get a manager and that I needed to leave,the reason why I was asked to leave 1. I was smoking a cigarette off property,the security guard walked of their property and told me I couldn't smoke a cigarette even though I wasn't on there property.. the security was a smart ass, So while I myself and the security guard that was off his grounds,I flipped him off and got back into my car...2 I threw away my carryout bag in a trashcan off their property and 3 because I asked to speak to the district manager... I had speak to another location just to get the district manager email and phone number because this location refused to help me resolve any and all issues. I would advise to go to another dispensary (TRUlieve)

  Super nice upgrade from what this space used to be. So open and well lit. Menu boards are easy to read. Aimee was very nice and just a pleasant chat, tried out some Elevate and I have to say I’m really impressed just from the fact that they use tiny little Boveda packs in each pouch (it’s the little details), and the Star Killer is really great. Please keep these classic strains going for all us “Old Heads”.

  I had the privilege of being serviced by Aimee. Excellent Service and Knowledge! My budtender was amazing! Super friendly, patient, and really knew their stuff. They took the time to explain the differences between strains, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people find the right product. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had — I’ll be coming back and asking for them by name!

  Bad experience due to the budtender. Bored, impatient. Bragged that she gets all her weed for free though. Receipt says marigold register 12- date was 11/3/2025 Wont be back unless contacted about my experience. Could provide constructive feedback on how to improve her sales skills.
