Guy in the back customer service counter with long hair is especially rude. He didn’t even hear my concern before neck popping and looking me up and down like I did something wrong by asking him a question he didn’t know the answer to. Adrienne is very unprofessional, Dean the store manager should have a training on proper way to speak and handle their customers. Won’t ever be back.

Came back the next day to rectify it and worked with Adrian. He was fabulous! Got everything cleared up quickly, corrected the error no problem. Everyone from the manager that brought me over to the department and Adrian and the gal in front who helped with a regular return and heard my story were so helpful and gracious! I will be recommending everyone to JCPennys and especially to the fine jewelry! Ladies and Gents if you need some jewelry go see Adrian in fine jewelry, you’ll get great deals and great service!
