I waited for the rude employee to get off the phone and then provided my order number, that’s when she told me my order wouldn’t be ready until 2:30. I also CALLED BACK 10 Minutes later and asked for it to be expedited. Im sure that call was recorded too! If you want to lie go ahead and do it, karma will get you! Instead of just admitting you messed up and apologizing, you continue to lie! Disgraceful! Absolutely unacceptable experience at the 7th Street location. I arrived for a scheduled 9:30 AM pickup, only to be told that the order wouldn’t be ready until 2:30 PM. 3 Hours later, I got a call claiming it had been ready all along and asking why I hadn’t picked it up. When I returned, I was met with denial, rudeness, and zero accountability. One employee even called me a liar to my face and said nobody saw me the first time I was there. I told her she can check the cameras to see that's untrue. No apology, no explanation, just silence and disrespect. The staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and unfit for any customer-facing role. The gift was late, my time was wasted, and our entire plan was ruined. Completely disgraceful service. Never ever ever ever again.
