  Great pick up in store experience. I haven't received a notification stating that my online order is ready to pick up in store, so I went and asked in person. The associate apologized for the lack of communication regarding it and admitted that they dropped the ball in not sending me a "ready for pickup" notification email. So I asked if it's ready yet, she told me it'd be a minute to look through the orders so I went and shopped around while she was finding it and getting it ready, and sent me an email stating so. I also like how she let me try on my new aerie string bikini (which I found the mismatching colorblock look cute in blue and green). Everyone is so nice here and I'm thankful that the associate was flexible in helping me pick up my order! This is a reason why I choose to order online and pick up in store at this location.

  Went in on Saturday night, 12/7/24, looking for a few items on my daughters Christmas list. When we entered the store we were not greeted nor acknowledged by the two young girls deeply immersed in personal conversation and their cell phones, one behind the counter, the other sitting on top of the counter. I had a couple specific items she had sent me links to. One item I knew was out of stock, but the other had the buy online pickup in store the next morning option, yes this store, so the item was more that likely in stock in the store. I looked but was unable to locate the item, so I approached the girls and asked for assistance. I immediately knew I was interrupting, and they had no interest in helping me. They looked at the item and immediately said we don’t have it here. When I asked about the buy online pickup in store, they said oh well, maybe it’s on clearance over there somewhere, pointed to an area in the corner of the store, then went straight back to their conversation and phones. Neither one even offered to help me. In fact , they kind of spoke to me like I was some stupid mom, who didn’t know what she was doing, and they had better things to do than assist me. I work in retail, and the fact that an employee was perched on the counter like that is crazy. The fact that they were outright ignoring customers, crazier!! They were so distracted, I could have robbed the store blind and they wouldn’t have known anything was happening. This is my regular AE, unfortunately not anymore, I’ll go to different AE moving forward. Do better.
