  We absolutely love coming to Burland Jewelry and have gotten all of our wedding pieces here. Every experience has been amazing from start to finish. The staff is always so helpful and welcoming without ever being pushy—they truly just let you take your time and enjoy looking around. One of my favorite things is that they always offer to clean my existing jewelry while I shop, which is such a thoughtful touch. Their selection is also incredible—so many unique pieces at really affordable prices. We’ve had especially great experiences with Erik and Mark, but honestly, the entire team is fantastic. It feels really good supporting a local Phoenix family business that genuinely cares about their customers.

  I broke my wedding ring opening a beer bottle (embarrassing I know). I took it here to get fixed and for a VERY modest price they fixed it perfectly. It has a complex Greek Key design, so I thought for sure I’d be able to see where they fixed it, but nope. No seam, nothing. Literally good as new. On top of that, they were very friendly and super helpful. Can’t recommend enough.

  My husband bought my engagement ring here and we won’t buy jewelry from anyone else! Over the holidays I was in town for work and realized the diamond had fallen out of my wedding band. I took it into them that day and all they charged me for was the labor since I had had my ring less than a year. They even cleaned my engagement ring before we left. They are amazing and shipped it up to me in Washington. My ring looks good as new! I will never buy jewelry anywhere else!

  I first came into Burland back in 2016 when my husband and I were getting engaged for my first engagement ring, I really wanted to shop in a pop and mom shop for our rings, as it felt more special and personal than a big retailer. We then came back in 2017 for our wedding bands, and in 2022 for a second wedding band for me and resizing. Throughout all these years, I have put my rings through the wringer, and they’ve held up wonderfully! This year my husband and I decided to upgrade my ring, we initially thought to buy a new ring altogether and placed and order, but after some thought, we came back and spoke with Marc, who completely understood the sentimental value of my original ring. He had us sit down and discuss what stone size they could make fit, the quality of stones (they carry natural and lab grown), that they could make my original center of my ring a pendant, and man did they deliver! I will forever be coming back for any of my jewelry needs.

  My fiancé got my engagement ring from here and we had to go back TWO times because of diamonds falling out of the ring. After they had someone custom design my ring and it appeared to be much better...well guess what?!? NOPE! Looking at my ring today I see that TWO diamonds have fallen out of my ring!!! This will be the THIRD time we will be going back there but this time it's to get my fiancés money back and go somewhere else!!!! 😡😤 I can't even enjoy being engaged because of the constant problems I've had with my ring.
