  I went in today to return of shoes for a bigger size for my son and I was helped by Ali. She was amazing and even got me to get another pair of shoes. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service.

  Every time I come here the manager is attempting to be friendly but really is not. It’s forced friendly due to customer service need not an actual nice personality. I went in there a few weeks ago and spent almost $250 and she wasn’t friendly in the slightest but not necessarily rude either just by the book and not customer service forward, her last name must be vans because she acts like working with the customer will affect her stock in vans. The other associate was much friendlier. I made a purchase less than a month ago and needed to return a pair of shoes. I went assuming that because it was attached to my account I could use that for proof of purchase she then tells me their systems can’t view purchase history so what is the point of using my number for a purchase, she tells me my only option is a gift card but yet nowhere online does it state I need the receipt. Seems like a cop out from the company to force another sale. Not necessarily her fault but she’s not willing to go out of her way to assist which is great for the company but not for the customers.

  I was looking for the BMX old skool shoes. The associate told me they didn’t have them in store, but she ordered them to my house with free shipping and she honored store price. Thank you so much. Great customer service.
