They had glue and cardboard on them and were unwearable, but I couldn’t return them online because they were discontinued. A staff member told me they couldn’t exchange them because it had been too long and they were discontinued. So we went to Vans at Tanger outlets because we still wanted to buy socks and they were more than happy to exchange the damaged socks for us. Then we ended up spending three times the value of what we wanted to exchange. Go to Tanger outlets, much better experience there.

I’ve tried contacting vans directly but good luck. They don’t reach out or answer phones. I hate leaving a bad review for the store but I don’t want other people spending 100$ or more on boots that fall apart in less than a year.
