1 STAR. THREE CONTRACTS. ZERO PROMISES KEPT. Called because they advertise $0 installation online. Was quoted $200 install, $0 enrollment fee, first month free, $52 flat biweekly, device protection and roadside assistance included. What I actually got: $300 cash charged at the shop. Receipt dated 4/4/2026 confirms it. While my car was mid-install with no way out, I was pressured to sign a second contract with completely different numbers. Enrollment fee jumped from $0 to $90. I received three separate contracts — all different numbers — every single one with "Roadside Add removed" in the filename. Stripped before any version was ever sent to me. Not one thing promised made it into my final contract: $0 advertised → $200 quoted → $300 charged $0 enrollment → $90 charged First month free → gone $52 flat → $52.50 Device protection → removed Roadside assistance → removed from all three contracts They sent contracts with deadlines counting on me not to read them. I read every page. I screenshotted everything. AG complaint filed. BBB complaint filed. Research ALL your options before choosing this company.

Was not satisfied with installation. Tech was "too busy" to show me how to use it. When I could not figure it out then they came outside to finally help. Unit is shoved under dash and is rubbing against my clutch pedal. On my way home the angle damaged the push rod and blew out my master cylinder for the clutch. Had to get my truck towed. And now today my screen on the hand held device is not displaying. Just a blank white screen. Will be filling an official complaint today after I get off work. Need to take pictures of clutch pedal shaving the unit because of installation so they dont try and blame me for damage and charge me for it later. Unit was installed yesterday 3/24/26

It took a little longer than expected, but the people were great. I did not receive any extra mouthpieces and my brake light won't turn off even though my brake is not engaged.

I have a Tesla, I can’t even turn my alarm on because it will trigger the Smart Start device if it activates and I wouldn’t even know because I’m sleeping. If I access my Tesla key from my phone, which is the key, I have to run to my car to blow into the device. When I charge my vehicle it will some times activate the device so I have to sit my car for hours so I don’t miss a random blow in the device. If there is an update for my vehicle to install, I have to run to my car to make sure I’m there to blow into the device so I don’t get a violation. If I open the trunk to put my groceries in it and then leave my shopping cart to run to the device to blow into the device. Why is this? I understand I made a mistake in my life but this is over the top. There’s got to be a solution to this. I was told after the install, “don’t even open or use your Tesla app. 90% is the app that controls my vehicle.
