- LLLilyJan 11, 20245.0Amazing amazing service!! I cannot stress how much I've enjoyed my latest transaction with this store and Van's as a whole company. We went in Monday and bought our two boys new shoes. But the next day our youngest had his ankles scuffed open, which then stabbed over. I reached out to Van's customer service via chat, and was immediately made aware that they would accept the return from us, even as one day worn shoes. But I made sure to let them know, we simply wanted an exchange because we love this company's clothing and shoes. The service representative told me to simply take it back to the store we bought it from and should they give us any trouble to give them a call. We just left the store, and had hands down the best service from LOGAN AND SARAH AT THE VANS STORE INSIDE SUPERSTITION SPRINGS MALL IN MESA, AZ. They exchanged the shoes immediately and made sure we were taken care of. I am beyond thankful for this amazing company. Thank you to everyone at Van's. We are going to be forever supporters of this brand. 🙌
