I have made several online orders for ammunition at this location where the items say they are available in stock . My orders have all turned into partial orders because they didn’t have it in stock! I’ve had to cancel range days because of this. Such an inconvenience. There is a Bass pro down the street, the only reason I ordered here was because it always says it’s in stock at the store! Never again

Courtney was the best manager and customer service representative Ive ever dealt with. She addressed all my concerns and even mounted a sight on my firearm. She was friendly and knowledgeable about firearms. I appreciate that Sportsmans has knowledgeable and sincere people working at firearm counter. I also appreciate that Courtney helped me out and fixed the problem herself without guidance from anyone else. This is why I will never but a firearm from anywhere else. Customer for life. 5 stars customer service! Great job Courtney! I would hope they give her a raise, cause you would want to retain great people like her for sure.

Man this place really went downhill since I started coming here 15 years ago. I was harassed everywhere I went! I was looking at the knife sharpeners and knives, and when the worker saw me looking he comes up to me and asks if I needed help. So I asked to see a few knives. First off he was hesitant to let me see anything. Then once I first saw one he flinched! (Like I was going to swing it at him or something? )
Then he pressured me to make a selection, which I told him that I was just going to browse then, since I could tell he was very uncomfortable in his presence. And 30 seconds goes by and then they send some chick over who came to the knife section and started checking the locks at the displays I was viewing. Then she walked around and stood within 2 feet of me looking into my basket and then she just stood there pretending to look at price tags or something. She was very clearly making sure that I knew that they were watching me. Mind you I am very visibly handicapped, I walk with a cane and I can barely walk without falling over. And they even had staff at the door making sure I didn't leave without paying for what I had in my basket. I am appalled for the way I was harassed in there and I am going to file complaints. Because that was very unnecessary and unacceptable, the way I was treated. This used to be my favorite store and I chose to come in today because it was my birthday and I was in a really good mood and wanted to buy myself some gifts. And I ended up leaving feeling disgusted and not welcome.
THE ONLY REASON WHY I GAVE 2 STARS WAS FOR THE PEOPLE IN GUNS AND AMMO DEPARTMENT. (That was the first place I went to) One of the guys there shook my hand when he greeted me. I told him that I used to come in a lot and this WAS my favorite place. Which the guy said, "Well then welcome home then! "
But after I left that department is when everything changed dramatically.
