Usually I would think and had experiences in there that were good. Maybe it was just the people at the time, but I have never had a bad experience at bass pro. Shop.

My wife went in to this store today to purchase ammo and had questions, instead of helping or even acknowledging her. They ignored her and then the clerk proceeded to tell her that shes the expert when asking questions. Been going here for 20 years and never this bad of an experience.

The one place I like to wonder around while making my Christmas list. The staff is great. They have helped me with all my questions. Friendly service is what brings me back.

2 days solid, calling no less than 15+ times each day to be connected to someone in the Hunting Department to get a status on a firearm purchase and no one picks up the transfer or assists from the customer service desk. Just keep patching through to a department that does not pick up.
