    I have a Tesla, I can’t even turn my alarm on because it will trigger the Smart Start device if it activates and I wouldn’t even know because I’m sleeping. If I access my Tesla key from my phone, which is the key, I have to run to my car to blow into the device. When I charge my vehicle it will some times activate the device so I have to sit my car for hours so I don’t miss a random blow in the device. If there is an update for my vehicle to install, I have to run to my car to make sure I’m there to blow into the device so I don’t get a violation. If I open the trunk to put my groceries in it and then leave my shopping cart to run to the device to blow into the device. Why is this? I understand I made a mistake in my life but this is over the top. There’s got to be a solution to this. I was told after the install, “don’t even open or use your Tesla app. 90% is the app that controls my vehicle.

    Not even 24 hours in and I have been double charged the enrollment fee, charged a extra 10 on top of my monthly fee at install. My monthly fee was gone up from what was quoted. Customer service is horrendous. Sat on hold for 57 min and talked to the people a total of 2 minutes for them to fix nothing. The install shop did not have mouth pieces so I'm forced to use a device that is not clean and others have been blowing into. Creating health concerns. If I could rate less then 1 star I would.

    I canceled 2/7 appointment. I scheduled with a location much closer to my home. The 2 cVS 2 ladies talked to assured me that would get a $30 charge.

    I will call you first tomorrow to set up next steps. Then I’ll ask you how to make things right off the false advertisement in your website and recording while waiting on the phone. From there I may have to call the BBB cause I was shocked at how the prices changed so much
