I went to go return a chain (14k gold) that broke within 2 weeks after I purchased it. I was wearing it and it just fell. I would not recommend buying jewelry from them as the product seems to be made from cheap materials along with their jewelry department manager who had such an bad attitude towards costumers.

This Mesa location has a lot of helpful associates, which was so appreciated the week before and after Christmas. I was helped with directions and sales on the floor, greeted with a smile at check out and from workers straightening racks and folding clothes. It was refreshing to see great customer service in play. Thank you to all.
