  My mother ordered an arrangement for my kids who had both just gone through surgery. There were supposed to be balloons which we did not receive and 3 cupcakes. We got 1 cupcake rolling around in a long rectangular box (that was clearly supposed to have 3 in it). The cookies were misshapen (one straight side and one round side). It looked like they had been slapped in a tray in a rush. Which is fine, the kids will still eat them, it’s just for the money you are paying you would think the store would care about the presentation. My mom is older and doesn’t live here so she verified with the person taking the order all that going to be sent. I believe she was taken advantage of. When I called to speak to a manager on her behalf she agreed to send the missing balloons and cupcakes, so my mom could at least get what she paid for. Well, 2 days later and we haven’t received anything. I don’t have the heart to tell my mom. This company, specifically this branch, have so many complaints yet it appears they don’t even bother respond to bad reviews anymore so I don’t know why I’m wasting my time.

  I’ve tried to order from here 4 times already and each time the order was confirmed and every time my order gets canceled. This place is garbage.

  Horrible experience. The Uber driver could not find my location and started that was the directions they had. The driver was on the wrong street and would not listen to me. She kept saying there were no 4 digit house numbers which there are. I am on 15th st. She said she drive around the whole park and there was no 15. I asked her to put it in her GPS which she would not. I then tried to contact the store which the person hung up on me twice. Now she will not answer. I have told the sender to do a chargeback ad they did not provide the ordered service.

  First, the online platform is horrible to navigate, it continues to crash. It offers a discount code but no place to redeem. The platform is not configured for my android at least, overlayed sections make it very unfriendly to navigate - none of these are the local franchisees fault but represent the brand poorly. The local franchise doesn't answer their phone, doesn't return calls so my one star is because they cant deliver on the service they advertise.
