  First, the online platform is horrible to navigate, it continues to crash. It offers a discount code but no place to redeem. The platform is not configured for my android at least, overlayed sections make it very unfriendly to navigate - none of these are the local franchisees fault but represent the brand poorly. The local franchise doesn't answer their phone, doesn't return calls so my one star is because they cant deliver on the service they advertise.

  I’ve never left a review before, but this whole experience left me so disappointed. Someone had an arrangement ( flowers and a cake ) delivered to me, and unfortunately the arrangement was delivered to our side door and left right next to a garbage bag full of trash. It did also take them an extra hour to deliver the arrangement than what they had told the person who ordered it. There were gnats and bugs flying around the bag by the time I found it. The arrangement wasn’t even handed off to someone inside the house. I called to see what could be done, and the lady who answered the phone told me “ all I can say is that I’m sorry, and we could try to ban the driver “…. She stated that their drivers are done by uber, but regardless, some kind of accommodation for the incident could have been done. The one who made the order called to find a resolution once they found out what happened, but no one would pick up the phone. This whole experience was extremely unprofessional.

  I placed an order a little over an hour ago. I placed it for delivery in an hour. I paid the extra fee to get it delivered in an hour. I got the confirmation email. Here i am, a little over an hour and nothing has been delivered. Checked the status, it says order placed but it still hasn't been received by the store? I've called multiple times and no answers?! I will need that fee I paid for express delivery removed. I understand you "systems were down" but thats your problem and not mine. Just like if I called for something I had an appointment for "my car broke down I wont make it today" I would STILL get charged or have to pay a cancelation fee because it was MY issue and not theirs.

  please please Do Not Order from this Place, i paid for 1hr delivery... and 3 hrs. later no delivery.. I tried calling the place to figure out what is going on, and no one answers the call.. I called corporate, not even they can get someone on the line... the lack of professionalism is absolutely disgusting.. no accountability

  Absolutely horrible service. Waited in the store for 10 minutes, employee was standing outside on the phone. Watched me walk in and walk out.
