When we travel to the Valley, we always stop by and see what treasures we can find. The store is a always clean and the employees are always helpful.

Always loved this store, think they have a new manager and he definitely has the place clean and tidy. Staff is always friendly and the product is always of good price and quality. Always check the clothes though, I was not thorough a few trips and have ended up with holy shirts.

Extremely disappointing experience and unacceptable customer service.
We came in specifically to purchase 8 mattresses intended to support the less fortunate and refugee community. Instead of being helped, we were made to wait over two hours while management was “in a meeting.” No one communicated with us, gave updates, or showed any urgency whatsoever.
After the wait, there was no apology from management or staff. Most employees we interacted with were rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping. The only positive interaction was with the employee in the back who loaded the mattresses — he was the only person who apologized for the wait and showed basic human decency.
For a place that claims to serve the community, this was an incredibly poor reflection of those values. We will never shop here again and will actively encourage others to stay away based on this experience.

I’ve been to MANY thrift stores in the Phoenix area and this is hands down my favorite. I haven’t been to the other locations, but this one is very well organized. They have very cute pieces that are good quality and reasonably priced ($2-$10), I got a decent amount of clothing items for $50. They also have fitting rooms which is so nice since a lot of other thrift stores don’t (looking at you Goodwill 🙄). I will for sure be back
