I contacted Low Cost Interlock to find a resolution shortly after realizing this gross buildup of who knows what on my device. The company said they’d send me a new device but wouldn’t acknowledge my request for at least a free install for the horrible error it bestowed upon me. The company has made me wait on hold for several hours to no avail. I would not recommend and would suggest for any others to go elsewhere. Poor customer service and using gross machines that are not sterile. This company is sick and gross.
