  STEPHON truly is the best. I’ve been coming to see him at The Mint for ages now and he’s just the sweetest guy. Always a smile on his face and a spring in his step! I don’t live in Phoenix anymore but i always try to stop in whenever I’m there. Thanks for all of your help Stephon!!

  This is my favorite dispensary in the valley. Different sales and specials every day, happy hour every day (1pm to 4:20m), knowledgeable staff, and even hot food. Most recent experience was with a budtender named Daniel, who was very attentive, engaging, and thorough - even went so far as to recommend products I’d never thought of before as well as the benefits of getting a medical card. Top tier service! 10/10, will return!

  I usually like Mint, which is why this was disappointing. I bought two 1-gram house pre-rolls, and one of them was clearly not packed right. It was overly stuffed, ripped, and when I checked it, it was underweight — closer to 0.5g instead of a full gram. People should get exactly what they pay for. Mint is known for quality, so inconsistencies like this are frustrating. The house pre-rolls have been hit or miss lately, and this experience didn’t live up to the standard I expect. Hoping they tighten up quality control because when it’s good, it’s good — this just wasn’t it. Honestly will be going to Jars now.

  If I could give no stars I would. Here I am bedridden the week of Christmas. I went to the hospital and was given heavy pain medication so I wasn’t be able to drive but wanted to have some weed so I didn’t have to take pain pills because weed has done an instantaneous job with my pain. But because I just got out of the hospital, I had someone drive me. Everyone out in Surprise had closed so I paid someone to take me an hr out just to come here. Mind you, I cannot walk, I have a cane to support my balance, I’m just getting out of a hospital feeling filthy and in need of a shower so my intuition said do the drive thru. I tried placing an order online but it would not allow me up upload my medical card for any discounts on tax or anything. I ask google if the drive thru would take my order and it said yes so to double check I ask someone outside navigating the circus in the parking lot if it’s okay to go in the line and do the order especially with it being so packed inside in the condition I was in having someone carry me that long. I waited maybe 45 min in line, get to the front and tell the lady the situation and she completely shuts me down and says she can’t do anything even with it being Christmas Eve and everything closing all day of Christmas and possibly Kwanza. I’m so unbelievably disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience there. No stars from me I had to put one star just for it to let me say my peace. So beware medical users or anyone with a disability or anyone coming down for the holidays because they will turn you away no matter how far you drive no matter what pain or disability or disadvantage you’re in having cash in hand knowing exactly what you want because you had a cart that was not accepting your medical tax discounts. Yeah Merry Christmas! Sorry if I wanted to spare a few bucks after dealing with everything I had been all week spending as much as I have. Just dumbfounded. Lady couldn’t even have the decency to ask someone or a manager because if I was told no before I got in the line I probably wouldn’t be making this post but because of the very inconsiderate way this lady approached the situation just shutting me down so quick I rather save anyone reading this gas and their time and maybe their dignity as I lost all 3. I also find it very interesting that they don’t have anything to say when it comes to the negative reviews. They only comment a response to people praising them. Super unprofessional as I answer everyone on my business account right is right wrong is wrong. When you’re not right in the situation you should own it. People are taking their time to give feedback regardless of your liking to what they say. Take constructive criticism like a business should and do better!
