  I come to the Tempe location because I am an anxious beast and the drive thru is my sanctuary. Every single person who mans the drive thru is an absolute angel but River wins. River, I tried to call to tell your manager about my experience with you today but was put on hold indefinitely. I just want to say thank you for being such a kind, beautiful soul. I had a shitload of points I knew nothing about and you went out of your way to tell me all about it. As much money and time as I spend there, no one ever mentioned it. I'll never go anywhere else and I wish I could only work with River.

  Worst dispensary in Arizona. It’s 24 hours but the customer service sucks. I placed an order at 7:25pm and showed up at 8:30pm and it wasn’t even in the system then the guy working the drive through. Big white dude. Don’t know his name but he was working on 11/21/2025 at 8:40pm doesn’t know what he’s doing. Poor service. Told me to make a whole new order and then come back again when it’s ready. Even after showing him everything. The email, the text, and even giving the confirmation number. He came at me and made me feel like it was my fault.worst service. Weed is shit too.

  4 days ago I went into Mint at Tempe. I had an experience that was out of this world!! Derian took care of me abs my wife. It was my wife's birthday. She was so amazing.. Red Carpet Customer Service. Thank you so much for making our day that much more special!!! I literally had tears of joy. Sometimes when you are going through a challenge in life one person can really make the difference. Thank you Deri. 🥹🥲😀 ✌🏼

  I was just calling to verify if the southern location was going to be offering specials and if anything was in stock today. I was trying to simply explain that I had tried to log into your website 10 different times and it has now locked me out because you guys never sent me the four digit code. I wanted to see if you guys were going to be offering veterans a Veterans Day special for edibles I was also trying to explain that I got locked out of the system and I could not see the daily deals because of it. Angel, who I had to call back after hanging up on me was checking people and talking to them while she was trying to talk to me she’s like “oh no, you can go ahead.” And then again “you’re all set, Oh no, you can go ahead” and I didn’t know who she was talking to. Then she goes. Oh, hold on I have another call while I was literally in the middle of a sentence and then hung up on me. I called back just to get her name both times she told me oh there’s four pages on our website of deals. Yes I am very aware of that. That was not the reason for my call. The reason for my call was that you guys have locked me out of your system for some reason and I cannot see the deals, but she would not listen to what I was trying to say so Angel gets less than zero stars because that was just rude. I work at a call center. We’re not stupid. She just hung up on me because she didn’t wanna listen to the question because I was a little irritated that I was locked out of the system that you guys set up after logging in over the last 24 hours 10 different times because you guys wouldn’t send me a code but she wouldn’t listen. She just hung up on me.
