  I am a JCPenney associate myself and I usually shop at my own store but yesterday on my birthday went to this location for a few items. I made two separate transactions with my employee number and the first employee was great but Cecilia just wanted to give me hard time. She first greeted us “do you guys have a JCPenney card?no?ok.hahaha” … very weird great way to get a new customer to apply. She gave me a hard time with my ID so I had to go to my car for my id.she had already asked for my associate id and which store do I work at and also made a big deal because my husband was paying with even though we have the same accounts for everything. She really wanted to see the name on my husbands phone so unprofessional she needs to get talked to or off the register. Associate 0168 very unprofessional Associate 0028 thank you for you help and professionalism towards customers and associates.

  Won't exchange item for a different size since it's been a couple weeks past 60 days. Have receipt. Item has all tags.

  I give Patsy the highest review possible. I have been to many salons and I received the best cut, color and style for being a senior. She showed and explained how to style my hair and maintain it. So happy to have found Patsy and look forward to my next appointment! Great job for finding talented stylists.

  Went to this store with a friend and I have a lifetime membership associate’s card through one of my parents that still works since I am still a dependent. I went to check out and there was some issue with adding the associate discount and a 25% discount since I was using a JCPenney Master card. Abrielle, the cashier clerk, called over her manager, Patricia, who off the bat started investigating Abrielle about the process in a demeaning tone. Abrielle had in fact checked my ID and was over all helpful in the process, and I confirmed this. Then Patricia proceeded to interrogate me on my associate’s discount almost like she was claiming that I should not have been able to use it, even though I had gotten a new associate card within the last month and have NEVER had an issue with it. Overall this store is not bad but I would suggest avoiding Patricia and frankly fire her. I have never had a JCPenney employee talk to me the way she did. I would not return to this location .
