When my husband went to get it(they held it overnight for him) they lost it for 3 days! Then he bought me a tennis bracelet which broke the 1st wk I wore it so when I took it in, I was told all they were going to do was solder it. 8 asked to exchange it for one just like it and they said no. I didn't have my receipt but he purchased the care plan. They couldn't find it in the computer at all. It was under the 60 day policy. I was not able to refund it either. I found the receipt n when I brought the receipt in, It was recommended that I go back to Arrowhead where it was purchased.that is 40 min away btw. My care plan fell out of my purse n fell into a box of theirs. We looked n looked. One employee was very helpful and found it later that evening and called me. My husband purchased 3 or 4 things from Goodyear and his name n info was not in the computer. It got erased along with my reward points!!! I love the store and the jewelry but I feel you could use a more organized set up!! I will continue to shop there but will be on my toes!!

Hard to describe plus finding price worthy stuff for the teenagers was difficult but we did manage to find a couple things finally left and went to another store where we bought a lot more
