- MMMelMar 21, 20261.0Went to get my prom dress and was asking genuine questions with my mom for shopping. Workers at fitting room were EXTREMELY RUDE to me and other shoppers. The girl working at the fitting at 2pm with curly hair that was brown was rude to everyone trying dresses on. She gave attitude to my mom and other ladies. Tell her to fix her attitude before I fix it for her the next time I go <3

- CMChloe MotzerFeb 20, 20261.0I made a return to the store within a week of purchasing. Nothing was wrong with the item. It’s just the color of the shorts did not match up for what I was going for. I get to the register and Laniee looked like she wanted to die then help me with my return. In the process of this return, she checks over the product, and is feeling the crotch of the shorts with her hands giving me dirty looks. She would say snarky things underneath her Breath. I don’t know what that was about and I’ve never seen anything like that. I’ve worked retail before, but that was so inappropriate the way she was acting. Then on top of that when she heavily checked and felt the crotch, she run her hands through the hair. So I guess that’s on her. Definitely won’t be coming back.

The company’s website is misleading very disappointed, to top it off it’s $23 for express shipping, false advertisement I must say !
