  Yulisa was incredibly helpful in finding exactly what I needed. She even went the extra mile by calling the warehouse to track an order I had placed in store. I told her it was okay and that I could wait, but she insisted on helping and followed up with a call a few days later. I’m very impressed with her customer service skills! I definitely recommend coming to this Steve Madden store, she deserves a raise!

  I visited this store needing to find heels to wear for an event only a few hours away. I didn't expect to find something to add to my closet permanently. I figured i was going to buy something out of desperation to wear for the night. Yulissa was friendly and showed great customer service skills. She understood what i was looking for and went to the back to bring me something to try on. I was blown away at the gorgeous pair of heels she brought and they fit perfectly. Thank you Yulissa for helping me find such beautiful shoes. I will definitely be back!
