  If I could give this store and location 0 stars I would. Never have I ever been mistreated in my life. The manager Rosa was rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Someone should retrain her, including part of her staff members. Granted there a few bad apples everywhere nowadays, so not going to negate or downplay the company brand. However, she treated me as if I would be an individual of interest perhaps as she normally does when she needs to stereotype a person who she may perceive as a thief of some sort, and boy was she barking up the wrong tree. I have an extensive solid history as a customer with Polo RL, and do not appreciate these heinous practices, let alone to be talked to in such cruel demeanor. I hope my feedback does have action taken behind it, to help strengthen your company brand and potentially good core customer values. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me for more historical context and detail regarding my encounter and incident recently at this store. Thank you! ☺️

  This store and the staff are absolutely amazing. I was traveling and do not have a Polo near me, so I was pleasently surprised to find one in Glendale. I shop in the B&T section, so it is difficult as it is to find clothes that fit. Delfina was of great help in-store and helped me get 10% off my purchase. It wasn't until I returned home that I realized one of my items did not fit as well as I had thought. I called the store to see if they could assist with a mail-in return, and they exceeded my expectations of a retail store. Athena was my main point of contact, and despite my ignorance of the process, she was extremely helpful and professional. Not only did I get a refund by gift card through the mail (I paid cash), but my exchange was also mailed to me from a store in Michigan. I have never felt the urge to make a review like I have after dealing with this store. I hope Athena and Delfina see this review because they made my shopping expeirence exactly what it should be -- perfect. P.S. The new size fits great!

  The Ralph Lauren store at Tanger outlet was a good place to be today. The sales people were very helpful. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the girl brought me several different pairs of jeans in my size. I've actually never purchased jeans from Ralph Lauren so I was presently surprised by the fit. I didn't try them on so I got home but they fit perfectly and she knew what size she thought I needed.
