All the displays are beautiful and the overall design of the store is modern and chic. Not to mention it’s very easy to find what you’re looking for. Make sure to check out their clearance section in the back corner, too! Even though I couldn’t find anything in my size or price range while I was there, they have some pretty great deals! Plus I love the reusable bags they offer for customers. I bought a set of black scrunchies and their small towel and got great customer service! 💕Would definitely return to this location soon! 😁

They need to find a new job, they are not a good fit for this company (or management) at all. I have been in this store a couple of times. 1st visit wasn’t great, I was treated poorly by a moody eye rolling twenty something year old ‘educator’ (LMAO at calling this person an ‘educator’) - Put that one down to ‘experience’ 🤷🏼♀️ No worries. 2nd visit I was absolutely shocked at how poorly I was treated by the so called ‘managers’ !!! Two of them ‘working’ in the store that day. Beyond rude. Condescending. Accusatory. Absolutely unwilling to help in anyway. I actually had to call customer service and submit a formal complaint about the diabolical way I was treated. Luckily the Biltmore Lululemon is fantastic and took care of me with the amazing customer service and complete professionalism I have come to expect and appreciate. It is an inconvenience to make the 40 minute drive there but worth it. I won’t ever make a purchase from the Arrowhead Mall Lululemon. It’s atrocious.
