My mom and sister went to return a dress and they gave them such a hard time. The dress hasn’t been worn outside of trying it on and they claimed the dress was worn and they didn’t even provide some type of credit. They assumed the tag was reattached. They asked for guidance on what to do and when the other gal came up she said, “Bro! You can tell it’s been worn” That attitude is awful. We hope these employees get the training they need because this will slowly result in the lack of growth for the business as people will go to Arrowhead instead.
